Refund policy

Please send back your order within 14 days of receiving it.

All returns and claims must be authorised by Maison TINÀ by email within 5 days of receiving your order.

Once your return has been approved, you may receive either a 100% store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds made back to the original payment method are subject to a 2% processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee does not apply if you choose to receive your refund as store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any used, worn, damaged or altered merchandise will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, so please keep your tracking information and insure the package where possible. Please allow 1–5 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received and approved.

If an item was damaged by the shipping company during transit, please include photos of both the packaging and the product when contacting us.

Items that are custom-made or listed under the sale section are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

All reimbursements will be made to the same bank card or payment method used for the original purchase.
